Well....I have to say...after all the bungling and incompetence that I encountered on the VODAFONE customer service line I have been totally surprised by the swiftness and efficiency with which this problem was dealt with after I sounded off about it on this 'ere blog.
But credit where credit is due, they contacted me and they swiftly sorted out the mess. OK....it has taken umpteen phonecalls, 3 months and me to lose my marbles slightly but...better late than never, the cavalry rode in and waved a magic wand and it's all sorted.
I have to say that I do think that certain people don't have the characteristics to work on help lines where they actually have to be nice to customers who are not always happy. It does no-one any good least of all the company they represent. It's funny because having spoken to the lady who has finally got the the bottom of the problem I feel that someone listened and therefore Vodafone have gone up on my estimation.
Go Vodafone.....!
PS: Yes , that is me writing this not the lady from Vodafone ...I am as keen to champion the good service as I am to report the poor!!!
